Yoga, which uniquely combines the physical, emotional and energetic body, is a wonderful way for you and baby to connect whilst supporting a mama’s changing body and helping to prepare her for the journey of birth.

This specialist class is designed to support those who are healing, recuperating from illness or surgery, and those who will benefit from having the support of the chair whilst practising yoga. In October 2020 I invited Nina to participate in our ‘get active’ campaign to recognise International Mental Health Awareness Day. What started as a virtual one-off Chair Yoga session for the global workforce, turned into a 5 month programme of Mindful Movement and education for our people to learn about the 5 ways to wellbeing.  This later evolved into Hatha Yoga once a week for employees that had developed their practice, and who valued the time out to optimise their health and wellbeing while working remotely.

Our employees have thoroughly enjoyed Nina’s sessions, and her approach to teaching is so personable and engaging.  She takes time to understand the brief and her audience, and then designs her sessions cleverly, enticing participation from a global workforce with differing levels and understanding of yoga.  Her delivery demonstrates a balance of knowledge and kind encouragement, while teaching participants about the practice they are engaging in mid-flow!
